Job Responsibilities for Contract Administrator in Philadelphia:
- Process, review, and prepare contracts for execution, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update the contract database, tracking requisitions from request to execution
- Assist finance account liaisons with contract execution, documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate mass mailings for vendors, programs, and state agencies, while tracking responses
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive contract filing system
- Prepare and distribute monthly contract reports for the finance committee and board of directors
- Assist contractors with budget-to-actual financial reports and support mid-year and year-end closings
- Perform additional duties as needed to support contract and financial operations
Job Requirements for Contract Administrator in Philadelphia:
- Education: College degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in contract administration, finance, or database management
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
