Contact Center Representative Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls from customers
- Creating new orders and provide order information
- Provide product information and answering questions
- Communicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders
- Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels; phone, email, chat
- Provide email support to customers; build email template library
Contact Center Representative Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to talk, type and listen
