Position Overview:
The Technical Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, assist with executive tasks, and manage office operations within the technical and low voltage IT industry. Experience with ConnectWise or similar software is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Technical Administrative Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, 30 minute lunch, onsite.
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Technical Administrative Assistant Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
- Manage phone communications, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service with strong phone etiquette.
- Assist with executive administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Utilize clerical skills to maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and ensure office supplies are stocked and available.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and software, ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Use ConnectWise to manage client data, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office productivity.
- Support various departments as needed to contribute to the efficiency of the organization.
Technical Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar CRM/database software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the IT industry is a plus.
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
