Medical Billing & Coding Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p
- Pay Rate: $22-$26/HR
- Health Benefits after 30-days

Medical Billing & Coding Job Description:
- Directly responsible for inputting insurance and patient payments both manual and electronic
- Interprets and explains to patient or responsible party charges, services and policy regarding payment of bills; perform daily and monthly balancing of payments
- Prepare and manage all collection accounts after three patient statements – liaison to the collection companies
- Makes written and /or verbal inquiries to third party payers to reconcile patient accounts
- Assists with insurance rejection resolution utilizing software technology, insurance websites, promise and all other on-line tolls
Medical Billing & Coding Job Requirements:
- High School Education or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical billing
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and third party mandates
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPPA guidelines
