Event Staffing Coordinator Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM, on site.
- Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
- Type: Month to Month contract until May 2025
Event Staffing Coordinator Job Description:
- Use Excel to track and confirm staff availability for events.
- Communicate with event staff to confirm attendance and report updates to the Provost.
- Process incoming event registration forms and maintain accurate event tracking spreadsheets.
- Review and update weekly staffing lists for Party Host Helpers, Service Soldiers, Event Observers, and Campus Partners.
- Monitor and review the Event Observer Report to ensure event safety and compliance.
- Send final pre-event emails to groups hosting registered events over the weekend.
Event Staffing Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled with using Microsoft suite of products as well as learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively problem solve required.
