- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal Business Hours
- Work from Home 1-2 days per week after training
- Pay Rate: 90-115k per year + 15% Yearly Bonus

Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the Customer Service Department to ensure the appropriate flow of information from order entry to manufacturing in order to meet the customers’ requirements.
Job Description:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Customer Service Department.
- Regularly attend the Customer Service and Operations meetings and staff meetings.
- Manage the departmental budget.
- Communicate externally to customers and internally to accounting, purchasing, production, quality control, shipping, and engineering as needed.
- Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products and services, shipping dates or delays and also to take, enter or update orders as needed.
- Understand and manage the variable pricing of our raw materials.
- Oversee price maintenance of customer specific pricing (deviations and standard price), upon product/sales manager feedback
- Fully understand the OTC process in SAP, including all necessary SAP transactions.
- Fully understand the eCommerce platform, customer set up steps and to be able to troubleshoot eShop errors that arise.
- Follow and support ISO procedures and participate in all audits pertaining to the OTC procedures.
- Participate in internal meeting and projects as the customer champion/voice of the customer.
- Own and manage customer purchasing portals and EDI programs.
- Actively participate in EHS and 5S topics that pertain to the department and Administrative zone.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
- Supervisory responsibilities include the selection, training and development, assigning work, and performance management of employees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager with a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or distribution company
- Proficient with SAP
- Knowledge of ISO standards helpful
- Proficient with MS Office
