Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to a dynamic sales team. This role requires someone who can manage schedules, handle administrative tasks, communicate with clients, and assist with event coordination. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, schedules, and meetings for sales executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain databases and filing systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide follow-up support.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including ordering materials.
- Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense tracking.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in a sales admin or executive assistant role preferred.
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
