Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor annealing furnaces while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Handle and move materials between departments (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Set up loads for annealing furnaces and oxide furnaces, maintaining accuracy with documentation.
- Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in de-powdering, cleaning, and preparing products for the next production stage.
What You Bring
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and use tools.
- A team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work around hot furnaces and wear necessary safety equipment (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves).
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
