Position Overview:
The Receptionist will be answering inbound calls at the office receptionist desk, greeting and directing office visitors, scheduling and setting up conference room meetings, updating daily activities via spreadsheets, and routing calls as instructed
Senior Legal Receptionist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, in office.
- Pay Rate: $22.84 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Senior Legal Receptionist Job Description:
- Provides exceptional service within a Legal office/environment by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and handling incoming calls for the customer/business.
- Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach.
- Schedules meeting rooms, insuring that each conference room has the necessary supplies, beverages, video conferencing etc. prior to the clients meeting times.
- Prepares documents, maintains files and calendars, schedules appointments and meetings as required.
Senior Legal Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Two years of consistent previous receptionist with in a law firm setting are required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and have excellent communication both verbally and in writing
