Position Overview:
Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas: ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/packages, operates high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment, performs associated copying tasks, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment.
Print and Mailroom Specialist Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM in office.
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Print and Mailroom Specialist Job Description:
- Runs high volume/production copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
- Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales in completion of various jobs contracted.
- Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains logs and may generate reports.
- May perform Reception services on temporary/occasional basis
Print and Mailroom Specialist Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Mail Room experience in an office setting is required
- High school diploma or GED is required.
