Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate will handle inbound calls related to work zone violations (around 200 calls per day).
The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask while meeting departmental standards.
Customer Service Associate Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM and the 3rd Saturdays of every month 8:30AM-12:00PM.
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Customer Service Associate Job Description:
- Handle up to 75+ inbound calls daily regarding work zone violations, providing accurate information and support.
- Update citizen records, research violations, schedule hearings, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure a high level of accuracy while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Associate Job Requirements:
- High School or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Excel experience is a plus.
