Position Overview:
This role focuses on delivering top-tier hospitality services in a professional law firm environment. Responsibilities include managing two main kitchens, assisting with conference room setup and breakdown, and providing reception coverage during breaks.
Hospitality Agent Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, in office.
- Pay Rate: $18.03 per hour
- Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Hospitality Agent Job Description:
- Provides consistent and high quality standard of food and beverage set up/service to clients, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services.
- Sets up and breaks down conference rooms according to event orders as well as maintains cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment and meeting rooms.
- Assembles and arranges conference equipment in function and conference rooms per event requirements.
- Provide general assistance in cleaning kitchen and function areas, as directed Serve as firm concierge in regards to guests, clients and staff, familiarizing themselves with the area, restaurants, coffee houses etc.
Hospitality Agent Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have corporate or legal experience, strong customer service skills, and solid computer proficiency.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
