Job Details for Landscapers and General Laborers :
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15/hr, weekly pay
Location: Multiple positions available in Williamsburg, Yorktown, Newport News, and Hampton
STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED
Job Responsibilities for Landscapers and General Laborers :
Perform general outdoor cleaning and property upkeep, including trash pickup, sweeping walkways, and cleaning public/common areas.
Maintain lawns and landscaping areas by mowing, trimming, edging, and pulling weeds.
Prune bushes, rake leaves, and assist with seasonal grounds projects.
Use hand tools and manual labor to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of grounds, including minor repairs or cleanup after weather events.
Maintain a neat, safe, and professional appearance of all assigned outdoor spaces.
Work in hot, noisy, and physically demanding conditions for extended periods.
Landscapers and General Laborers Requirements:
Must have experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or other outdoor labor roles.
STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED on certain job sites.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and performing physically intensive tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and safety procedures at all times.
