Position: Warehouse Lead
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until work is completed)

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Supervise and support warehouse associates
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Ensure safety and OSHA compliance
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
