You will work closely with line laborers and production supervisors to maintain line speed and prevent bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities

Stacking & Staging: Build, stack, and secure finished product pallets according to designated stacking patterns and weight limits.
Quality & Verification: Inspect outgoing cases for proper lot codes, intact tape seals, and accurate label placement before palletizing.
Material Handling & Forklift: Utilize manual/electric pallet jacks or sit-down forklifts to supply packaging materials (pallets, slip sheets, stretch-wrap) and transport finished pallets to warehouse bays.
Food Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), plant safety rules, and allergen control guidelines in a peanut processing facility.
Documentation: Maintain shift logs tracking total pallet production, downtime, and material usage.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, food packaging, or warehouse facility (palletizing or machine operation preferred).
Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating sit-down forklifts or electric pallet jacks is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with digital control panels (HMI touchscreens).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, bend, twist, and stand for long periods in a warm or dusty plant environment with peanut allergen exposure.
Mindset: Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance reliability, and detail-oriented quality checks.
