About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roaster Operator Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, taking raw peanuts and roasting them to perfection. You will manage continuous or batch roasting equipment, monitor temperature and timing controls, and ensure every batch meets our high standards for flavor, texture, and food safety.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 1+ years operating industrial roasters, ovens, or food processing machinery preferred (experience in peanut, nut, or coffee roasting is a plus).
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Attention to Detail: Strong sensory skills (visual color recognition, smell, and taste) to evaluate roast consistency.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work comfortably in a warm, elevated-temperature environment near roasters.
Safety First Mindset: Commitment to personal safety, machine guarding, and strict adherence to lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols
