Key Responsibilities
Production Line Operations: Assemble, fill, seal, label, and package products according to quality standards.
Packaging & Quality Control: Place lids on containers, ensure proper sealing, and verify that labeling is accurate.
General Labor: Execute picking, packing, cleaning, and routine workspace maintenance/organization.
Material Movement: Transport and store materials as needed to maintain smooth production flow.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Teamwork & Adaptability: Assist team members and adapt to shifting priorities to meet daily production goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
General warehouse, production, or assembly experience preferred (open to transferable experience).
Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a full shift.
Excellent attendance record and dependable transportation.
Coachable mindset with a strong willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
Flexibility to shift between different job duties as assigned.
