General Warehouse Laborer
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Assignment Length: Approximately 3 Months

We are seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on warehouse project role. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working with tools, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently.
This is a labor-intensive position with daily productivity goals, so we're looking for dependable team players with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
What You'll Do
- Move, organize, stage, and relocate warehouse materials
- Load, unload, and position materials as needed
- Palletize, depalletize, and stretch-wrap products
- Apply labels and identification tags to materials and pallets
- Assist with warehouse organization and facility improvement projects
- Support the assembly and installation of warehouse storage racks under supervision
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping and cleanup
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working on concrete floors
- Comfortable working from a scissor lift
- Comfortable working at elevated heights
- Comfortable wearing a safety harness when required
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Highly Preferred Experience
Candidates with the following experience will receive strong consideration:
- Forklift operation
- Reach truck operation
- Order picker operation
- Material handling equipment
- Warehouse setup, reorganization, or improvement projects
- Construction, installation, assembly, or general labor experience
- Safe operation of basic power tools
All associates must complete site-specific safety training. Candidates with equipment experience may be evaluated and certified before being authorized to operate equipment.
Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Physical, fast-paced work requiring frequent movement throughout the day
- Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be worn at all times
- Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs
