Machine Operator
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality checks, handling materials, and ensuring finished products meet customer and company standards.
Candidates with experience operating machinery in any manufacturing or production environment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
Set up machines and perform basic preventative maintenance
Wrap, package, stack, bind, fold, and prepare finished products for shipment
Read and interpret work orders and production instructions
Perform quality inspections to ensure products are accurate and defect-free
Complete production paperwork and enter job information into company systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Move materials using forklifts, hand trucks, or other material-handling equipment when required
Identify production issues and communicate them to supervisors
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operation environment preferred
Ability to operate or learn various types of production equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and understand work instructions and related paperwork
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment
Ability to wear required PPE, including eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
