Warehouse Shipping Associate (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057
Schedule: Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Duration: 4-month contract-to-hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team in Moorestown, NJ. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment so that shipments leave on schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Pull and prioritize orders to meet shipping deadlines
- Verify order accuracy and package items for shipment
- Prepare and document delivery route manifests
- Maintain organization within the warehouse and shipping areas
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of shipping experience
- Experience using an RF scanner is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
