PeopleShare is seeking a Bilingual Quality Technician in Pennsauken, NJ for a reputable manufacturing company!
Job Title: Bilingual Quality Technician
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Must be flexible with weekends, some Saturdays will be Mandatory)
Type: 4 month temp to hire
Pay Rate: $18–22 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
Data Entry (Defect Tracking Forms, Basic Excel, will be transition to SAP)
Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating quality issues
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with company standards
Final Quality Checks- defect identification and coding, photo documentation, placing products on hold when issues are found
Follow all PPE and safety requirements (safety glasses, vest, steel-toe shoes)
Qualifications
Computer Skills: Ability to create, edit, and store files; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Computer Savvy is required)
Attendance & Attitude: Dependable with a positive, proactive approach
Results-Oriented: Takes ownership and follows through on assigned tasks
Initiative: Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
Manufacturing Exposure: Prior experience or familiarity with a production environment (Door/ millwork/wood products is a preferred but not required)
Work Environment: Approximately 85% on the production floor, 15% in the office
Bilingual (English/Spanish): REQUIRED
