The Details
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends!)
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00PM
Location: Norfolk
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Environment: Professional, independent work; Scrubs Provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you aren’t just "on a line"—you are the gatekeeper of quality. You will:
Conduct daily quality testing and inspections using tools like magnifying glasses.
Review and approve production batch records and sterilization documents for 100% accuracy.
Audit in-process documentation throughout the day to ensure compliance.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure testing equipment is calibrated correctly.
Communicate any issues or "roadblocks" directly to the Quality Supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2+ years of steady work history.
The "Talent": You don't need to be a quality expert yet, but you must have an extreme attention to detail.
Problem Solvers: Someone who likes to be challenged and can balance multiple priorities at once.

Physical: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
