Human Resources Manager

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead people initiatives and drive a positive workplace culture? We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee key HR functions, support organizational growth, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts
Manage employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
Oversee benefits administration and assist with payroll processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Coordinate employee training, development, and compliance programs
Maintain HR records, reporting, and personnel documentation
Support organizational planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and staff on HR-related matters
Qualifications:
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Previous HR Generalist or HR Manager experience required
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with employee relations, benefits, and performance management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
Compensation & Schedule:
💰 $65,000 - $85,000 annually
🏠 Hybrid Schedule Available
📅 Monday-Friday | Full-Time
