Pay Rate: $25-$31/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor who are comfortable working with tools and performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and/or structural issues
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve potential problems
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow work orders, safety procedures, and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
