We are immediately hiring a dedicated and physically active Production Worker (Palletizer) to join our newly
designated "B Team" pipeline. Operating in a vital end-of-line capacity, this position ensures all completed
containers and products are systematically organized, secured, and prepared for high-volume transport. This
specialized team alternative offers an optimal schedule for individuals looking to bypass traditional night shifts
while maintaining dynamic, full-time production hours.
Key Responsibilities
Palletization & Staging: Efficiently stack, arrange, and interlock finished product containers onto pallets
according to strict structural patterns to maximize load stability and transport safety.
Line Operations: Directly support the core production line by filling, sealing, and precisely applying labels
to containers prior to final palletization stages.
Load Security: Safely wrap, secure, and log finished pallet loads to guarantee zero product shifting or
transit defects during distribution center delivery.
Material Logistics: Perform general labor and material handling tasks, utilizing pallet jacks and manual
movement to keep line workflows clear and continuous.
Workplace Safety: Strictly observe facility safety protocols, maintaining clean, organized, and debris-free
packing zones to mitigate industrial hazards.
Team Adaptability: Maintain a collaborative attitude, cross-training across general labor disciplines to
assist team members during localized order surges.
Requirements & Physical Demands
Experience: Previous industrial experience in warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing, or freight handling
is preferred. Experience with rapid manual palletizing is a plus.
Physical Stamina: Proven capability to stand, walk, and twist continuously across a 10.5-hour production
shift, with the consistent physical capacity to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Shift Flexibility: Commitment to the current 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM operational window, with the flexibility to
adapt to minor shift expansions or adjustments based on incoming customer orders.
Dependability: Exemplary punctuality and an established history of reliable workplace attendance are
