PeopleShare is currently seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Helper to join a global leader in pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) based in Cranbury, NJ. This is a critical role within a high-tech production environment dedicated to bringing life-saving treatments to market. We are looking for a professional with a "quality-first" mindset who excels in regulated manufacturing settings.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Ensure all finished goods are accurately assembled, packed, and labeled in accordance with strict pharmaceutical quality standards.
Operational Support: Collaborate with the production team in a high-volume environment to maintain steady workflow and minimize damage during transit.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace, ensuring readiness for subsequent production batches.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Must have prior experience within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in labeling and packaging integrity.
Physical Stamina: Ability to remain active in a factory setting, standing and walking for extended periods.
Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
