About the Role
We are hiring hardworking General Laborers to join our concrete manufacturing team in Bensalem, PA. This is a physically active role supporting daily production, material handling, and equipment operations in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
General Laborer Shift Schedules Options:
1st Shift (10 hours): Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
1st Shift (12 hours): Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift (10 hours): Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
2nd Shift (12 hours): Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
General Laborer Responsibilities:
Assist with daily concrete production tasks
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Operate basic manufacturing equipment (training provided)
Perform general clean‑up and maintain a safe, organized work area
Support machine operators and production teams as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
General Laborer Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing or labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work long shifts and overtime when needed
