Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service commercial systems. This is a direct‑hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and overtime potential.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform electrical wiring repairs and troubleshoot electronic components
- Replace parts and components including valves, compressors, condensers, and coils
- Replace complete HVAC units ranging from 2‑ton to 7.5‑ton systems
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and warranty paperwork
- Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards
Qualifications
- Proven HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and installation practices
- EPA Certification required
- Experience with boilers, chillers, and BMS systems is a plus
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
