Position Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Edison, NJ branch in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting for temp, temp‑to‑hire, and direct hire positions while building strong relationships with candidates and internal partners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Conduct high‑volume candidate outreach via phone, email, text, and job boards
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple openings
- Partner with internal sales and leadership teams to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement processes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Prior recruiting or staffing experience preferred (high‑volume a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Comfortable with phones, candidate outreach, and multitasking
- Proficient with ATS systems, payroll and job boards
