Shift Options:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Overtime available and may be required.
Pay $28.00–$37.00/hour

Maintenance Technician Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment runs safely, efficiently, and meets production goals. The technician will also support and mentor junior maintenance staff.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs on production equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with minimal supervision
Complete equipment setups, rebuilds, and modifications
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical safety programs
Identify and act on unsafe conditions
Assist with new equipment installation and equipment moves
Work with vendors when needed to resolve equipment issues
Train and support other maintenance team members
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other related duties as assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
Computer skills and basic math ability
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Dependable and flexible to work overtime
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required (trade school preferred)
10+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing
2–4 years in a senior maintenance or technician role preferred
Experience in production, packaging, or similar environments a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to work 8‑hour shifts and overtime
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
Work in a production environment with noise (PPE provided)
