Press Brake Operator / Lamination Press
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Overtime)
Job Summary
The Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating a lamination press to trim, punch, notch, draw, or crimp metal, composite, or insulation stock. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a strong commitment to safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Position workpieces on fixtures or stops on dies
- Start and operate press; observe operations to detect misalignment or malfunctions
- Perform visual inspections of laminations per Quality Control guidelines
- Clean machines and maintain a safe, organized work area
- Complete required forms and production paperwork
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, use hands for handling and manipulation, and reach with arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and depth perception
- Ability to talk and hear as needed for the role
