Our client, a regional distribution company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a great opportunity at their location in Bridgeport, Pa.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $22 - 25 / hour, based on experience

Job Description:

Invoice Processing: Receiving, reviewing, and entering invoices into accounting software.
Payment Execution: Scheduling and preparing payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
Vendor Management: Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing, purchase orders, or payment terms.
Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable transactions and reconciling monthly statements.
Record Keeping: Maintaining client records in our CRM system

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or accounting support role
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
