PeopleShare is recruiting for a Payment Processing (Lockbox) Supervisor in Center City Philadelphia!
Candidate will provide support to Lockbox leadership and guidance to Lockbox team during daily processing, help ensure efficient handling of check payments and remittance documents. Other duties include training new team members, completing reports, supporting quality control efforts and communicating with clients.

Job Responsibilities for Payment Processing (Lockbox) Supervisor:
- Must have thorough knowledge of all department equipment including Trans. Remittance Processors, OPS (mail opening processor), Image Scanner Processor and all PC equipment. Perform customer service silent monitoring sessions.
- Make sure all payments received are secured in the Lockbox area.
- Process work being transmitted accurately through batch control.
- Responsible for training new employes.
- Communicate with leadership team and client.

- Pay: $22.00/hour
- Contract to Hire
- Fully in office!
Job Requirements for Payment Processing (Lockbox) Supervisor:
- 3-5 years of previous Lockbox Supervisor experience in a fast-paced financial processing environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
