Assembler
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Overtime strongly encouraged
OT hours may begin early mornings and Saturdays
Pay: $20/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble products from raw materials using drawings and job orders
- Build simple point‑to‑point cables with a high level of quality
- Use hand tools such as soldering equipment, wire cutters, and microscopes
- Perform inspections, data entry, and complete assembly paperwork
- Maintain quality standards, meet production goals, and support team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with soldering or electrical assembly preferred
- Ability to read measuring equipment (multimeters, gauges, etc.)
- Willingness to cross‑train and learn new tasks
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and required visual acuity for precision work
