Machine Operator Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 11pm-7am
- Pay Rate: $25/hr.
- Union Benefits after 90 days! – Must be OK with joining the Union after 90 days!

Machine Operator Job Description:
- Setup instrumentation, data collection equipment, and furnace controls according to established procedures
- Assemble, check, repair and install contact thermocouples as assigned
- Operate furnaces and quenching and cooling equipment; assist with start-up and shut down
- Monitor process data, including time and temperature, and record key data points during the cycle
- Grind and mark materials for proper identification; polish and Brinell test for hardness
- Operate grit and shot blasting equipment when assigned
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Experience using a computer and software programs
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions
- Skilled at monitoring gauges, charts, or other indicators to determine next step or action
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and lift materials or equipment up to 50lbs. occasionally, while in hot, cold, or noisy environment
- Must pass background and drug screening
