Direct Hire/Permanent position
Manual CNC Machinist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm
- Pay Rate: $30/HR
- Weekly pay
- Union benefits after 90 days!
Manual CNC Machinist Job Description:
- Set up and operate various machine tools
- Inspect first article dimensionally and give direction to continue machining all other pieces
- Receive instructions verbally and in writing from supervision; this includes mill orders, prints, sketches, product catalog, and manufacturing instructions
- Load or unload machine by hand, by operating traveling crane or hoist, or by hooking for slinging the piece and providing directions to overhead crane operator
- Check work for proper dimensions and tolerances by using gauges, calipers, rules, and document on machine data sheets
- Perform regular operator maintenance on machine tools and other equipment, including wiping, oiling, cleaning, and minor adjustments
Manual CNC Machinist Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ manual CNC experience required
- Experience checking dimensions and tolerances by using calipers, gauges
