Assembly – First Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
Location: Horsham, PA
Pay: $16–$18/hour
Type: Full‑Time
We are hiring an Assembler for assembly work in a clean, organized, and modern facility. This role focuses on simple assembly, bench‑top assembly, and light assembly using small hand tools. On‑the‑job assembly training is provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude.
Assembly Responsibilities
Perform assembly of kits, parts, and subassemblies
Complete bench‑top assembly using drawings and instructions
Position, fit, and fasten components during the assembly process
Inspect completed assembly work for quality and accuracy
Document assembly and production information
Maintain a clean and safe assembly work area
Support team members with additional assembly tasks as needed
Assembly Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude with assembly experience preferred
Experience using small hand tools for assembly
Ability to lift and move materials
Team‑oriented with strong attention to detail
Available for overtime when needed
