Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, in office.
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Type: Contract!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting and directing all visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answering and screening incoming calls; routing to appropriate staff and taking messages
- Providing support to the Parents’ Association
- Assisting in maintaining a high‑quality childcare program in alignment with state and federal guidelines
- Helping with inventory and ordering supplies
- Supporting general front desk and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of receptionist experience, preferably within a childcare or educational environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy front‑desk setting
- Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented
