Assembler
Location: Hatfield, PA
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
About the Role
A manufacturing company in Hatfield, PA is seeking a detail‑oriented Electromechanical Assembler to support production by assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, precision, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
Assembler Key Responsibilities
Assemble electromechanical components, subassemblies, and finished units according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform wiring, soldering, mechanical fitting, and component installation
Conduct basic testing and inspection to ensure product quality and functionality
Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices safely and effectively
Assembler Qualifications
Previous experience in electromechanical assembly or related manufacturing work preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and instructions
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
