Overview
This ACSC role is a multifunction, customer-facing position supporting high-profile vertical customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service, a friendly and professional demeanor, reliability, and strong communication skills. This role involves Front of House (FOH) reception, hospitality, meeting support, pantry support, and Back of House (BOH) office services such as mail, printing, and package handling.

Responsibilities
A. Reception Services
- Answer all calls within three rings using the standard phone script
- Greet all visitors and colleagues upon arrival
- Manage incoming emails and provide administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity
B. Visitor Processing
- Register visitors in the building security portal
- Receive visitor names via email from colleagues or meeting organizers
- Ensure visitors sign the Visitor Log
- Notify meeting hosts of visitor arrivals; direct internal visitors to meeting rooms
- Assign guest security cards, maintain inventory, and report missing cards to Facilities Services
C. Conference / Meeting Support
- Support meetings ranging from 4 to 50 attendees; occasionally 50–100+
- Provide support for conference rooms and team rooms
D. Catering Support Services
- Receive catering requests from meeting hosts/administrative assistants and place orders
- Process and code catering invoices
Back of House / Office Support
- Copy/print support
- Copier/printer first-responder support
- Mail: receive, sort, deliver
- Packages: receive and deliver
- Outbound packages: processing and preparation for pickup
- Occasional lifting (15–30 lbs) for hospitality, mail, and package support
Requirements
- High school diploma + 12 months of related experience (post-high school education preferred)
- Ability to travel 40–50 miles; may require travel to multiple locations in one day
- Valid, violation-free driver’s license with reliable transportation and required auto insurance
- Intermediate computer skills, including file/folder management and navigation of network production folders
- Timely and accurate monthly expense submissions
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull machines up to 400 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, or climb as needed
- Adequate close vision
- Frequent local travel
- Flexible scheduling (some sites open 6AM; some close 7PM+; some weekend hours)
