Salary: $63,000 - $70,000 per year
What You’ll Do
As the Office Supervisor, you will oversee and support a team of customer service representatives responsible for inbound and outbound calls, in‑person interactions, and document processing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver comprehensive training to both temporary and permanent customer service representatives.
- Monitor productivity through direct observation and performance data analysis, providing coaching and follow‑up daily.
- Recommend assignments, promotions, and disciplinary actions based on firsthand evaluation of staff performance.
- Evaluate volume trends—calls, foot traffic, and document flow—to proactively plan staffing and workflow needs.
- Identify accounts that may benefit from proactive outreach and create outbound call lists for staff.
- Maintain accurate attendance and quality performance records for all representatives.
- Track daily foot traffic to anticipate the need for additional support and plan accordingly.
- Design daily lunch and break schedules to support goal of answering at least 90% of inbound calls.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of mail, payments, and other documents.
- Confirm all phone and computer equipment is operational; coordinate immediately with IT when repairs or alternatives are required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and review new policies and procedures with staff.
- Manage office supply levels and place orders as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated call center or collections experience. Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Call Center or Collections experience.
- Proven leadership and management experience, including delegation and staff supervision.
- High integrity, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to excel under pressure.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
