Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Customer Service Associate Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing assistance to residents through both phone-based and in-person interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple systems at once.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 50–100 inbound calls per day
- Address resident concerns regarding tickets, boots, complaints, and general inquiries
- Document interactions and complete administrative tasks
- Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Interact directly with residents in a customer-facing setting
- Perform cashier duties and process payments
- Provide courteous, empathetic service while resolving concerns
Customer Service Associate Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong computer skills; ability to work across multiple software programs
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in a call center or cashier environment
Soft Skills / Cultural Fit:
- Reliable, committed, and punctual
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
