We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to provide leadership, technical support, and daily direction for assembly and paint operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining production quality, meeting customer delivery timelines, and supporting a safe, positive work environment.

Compensation: From $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the General Assembly Manager to establish priorities and ensure all customer shipment dates are met.
Assign work based on skill level and ensure established assembly processes are consistently followed.
Ensure work orders and employee labor entries are accurately updated and completed on time.
Assist in resolving technical problems that arise during assembly or paint operations.
Inspect completed equipment prior to release for shipment.
Participate in performance assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping expectations.
Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Experience:
Associate degree required; a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical lead or supervisor in an electro‑mechanical assembly environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience using hand tools.
Ability to read simple electrical blueprints and schematics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve practical problems, prioritize tasks, and engage personnel effectively.
