Overview
Seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer to lead machining and assembly processes, optimize production, and support new product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize machining, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
- Serve as expert in mold tooling, die tooling, machining, and production tooling.
- Improve and standardize manufacturing workflows.
- Design and implement process platforms and automation solutions.
- Support product development with tooling selection and manufacturability.
- Collaborate between engineering and production to ensure smooth ramp-ups.
- Assist R&D with prototype tooling and sample equipment.
- Create and modify detailed drawings and conceptual models.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CAD, industrial engineering tools, or quality tools.
- Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methods (DoE, FMEA, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
