Material Handler Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections on machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and correct them promptly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Conduct accurate and detailed preventative maintenance on all Injection and Blow‑Molding equipment.
- Perform set‑ups, start‑ups, shut‑downs, and changeovers.
- Monitor operators to ensure proper quality checks and safe machine operation.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mechanical role within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship preferred.
- Strong familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, and related industrial systems.
- Experience working with 480V 3‑phase electrical systems and machinery wiring.
- Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
