Plastics Operator – 3rd Shift (Full-Time)
Location: Hatfield, PA
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation (12‑hour shifts)
We’re seeking a reliable Plastics Operator to run automated assembly and injection molding equipment. You’ll work with machinery, keep production running smoothly, maintain quality, and support ongoing improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Operate automated assembly and molding equipment safely and efficiently
Load raw materials and ensure machines stay supplied throughout the shift
Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks and basic machine care
Monitor molding machines and assist as needed
Offload, inspect, and package finished products
Keep work areas organized and production flowing
Support production goals and complete additional tasks as needed
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience running automated equipment in manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability
Basic computer skills
Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work with limited supervision
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
