Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines (including Okuma lathes) to manufacture small, high‑precision metal parts.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Change inserts, tooling, and machine fixtures as needed to support production requirements.
Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring tools to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Wash, clean, and prepare completed parts for the next stage of processing or shipment.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Physically able to stand/ walk for entire shift, lift 50lbs, bend, stoop,
