- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Associates
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals every month
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Oversee store operations, promotions, and inventory procedures
- Uphold company and carrier standards at all times
✔ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in retail (wireless preferred)
- Proven track record of strong sales and leadership performance
