Forklift Operator – Warehouse & Production Support
💰 $19.00/hour – Temp to Hire
⏰ Schedule: 4:00pm – 12:30am (2nd Shift)
📍 Location: Elk Grove Village 🛠What You’ll Do
- Load and unload trailers using a forklift, walkie‑rider, or hand‑jack
- Pick and put away product across Dry Warehouse, Cooler, and Freezer zones
- Support housekeeping and organization across all warehouse areas
- Sort tomato paste crates and GMA pallets
- Supply production lines with materials from various warehouse zones and drop trailers
- Put away Finished Goods into freezer bin locations
- Perform basic computer tasks: search items, reclass inventory, print picklists
✔ What We’re Looking For
- Recent forklift experience (stand‑up or sit‑down, walkie‑rider experience a plus)
- Comfortable working in dry, cooler, and freezer environments
- Ability to lift, move, and stage materials safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail + dependable work ethic
- Willingness to learn new tasks and support multiple warehouse functions
