Machine Operator
💰 Pay: Competitive, based on experience – Temp-to-Hire
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift

🛠What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate machinery to produce high‑quality parts according to specifications
- Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production run sheets
- Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout production
- Assist with packing, stacking, and transporting finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
✔ What We’re Looking For
- Prior machine operating experience (cold heading, threading, pointing preferred)
- Ability to use measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, rulers, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and safety documentation
- Reliable, team‑oriented, and committed to delivering quality work

- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high‑noise environment
- Comfortable with manual material handling and repetitive motions
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Good vision and depth perception to meet precision standards
